This combination of month-of event management and design services allows you to handle the planning on your own terms, all while giving you access to our talented event designers. We’ll begin by providing you with venue and vendor recommendations to help you begin the planning process.
You will have full access to our customized online planning tools to help you manage the details and easily collaborate with vendors and loved ones for a seamless planning process. You will also have access to two hours of consultation with your coordinator before your month-out meeting to use however you see fit.
As you’re handling the logistics, we will work with you to develop a custom concept, then will use your vision to create a dream team of décor and floral companies to bring it to life. We’ll attend all design meetings and collaborate with you and your team to ensure the final product is exactly what you’d imagined. We can also assist with selecting and coordinating bridal attire, bridesmaids’ dresses, groom and groomsmen’s suits, and accessories. You’ll have unlimited access to your Bella designer to make sure every detail is perfect.
A month prior to the wedding, Bella will take over the coordination of your Big Day. We’ll review your planning sheets and identify any items that need to be completed. Two weeks before your wedding, we will confirm all of the details with your vendors, finalizing timelines, reviewing contracts and to do lists, and making sure the finishing touches are taken care of.
Your Bella coordinator will direct the rehearsal, preparing you and your loved ones for the ceremony and answering any last-minute questions.
On your wedding day, two Bella coordinators will be on-site to oversee set-up, manage vendors, and keep the event flowing smoothly. At the end of the night, we’ll pack up any items you’d like to save, and make sure even the final moment is everything you’ve dreamed it will be.
